Terrible! The worst Doctors surgery i have ever known. Reception staff utterly rude, obnoxious and unhelpful. You can never get an appointment and the Drs there are absolutley useless, unfriendly and dismissive.They have given me a false diagnosis twice - they dont seem to have a clue what they are doing. Horrendous!
Good surgery with helpful doctors.
Horrific, do not listen, unhelpful and bureaucratic, missed brain bleed on my mother by dismissing her as having dementia. Then did not request tests for her when she evidently had a bacterial infection. Sniffy on having to do a home visit due to the person being mobile, despite the fact that due to missing the brain bleed (having being told of head injury) they no longer have mental capacity and care worker does not have transport. Presently no interested in helping with infection as they don't do anything at weekends or b'holiday Mondays, they should have requested urine sample on day visited - Wednesday. I sometimes wonder if any of the doctors here actually went to medical school.
Utterly dreadful. Probably the worst surgery out there. Reception is entirely unhelpful and often quite rude, the waiting times are horrendous and the doctors, I visited 2 different ones do not have a tendency to listen. My partner and I moved to Ramsbury where the service is exceptional in comparison.
