Wonderful doctors , but some of the reception and the head dispenser are exceptionally rude . She had a rather aggressive , rude and belittling tone .Her mistake on her lake of knowledge and not bothering to sort out a prescription!! She did this in front of my children , until I asked her to actually stop , as her behaviour was inappropriate. Very unprofessional, and no need for that type of attitude.
Lovely doctors, Dr Howells is always a delight! Nice small surgery which allows people to really get to know their doctor, Reception staff can be quite rude (especially on the phone) but I understand they must be quite busy! Decent car park and easy to find. Been a patient here since I was a child and I don't plan on changing doctors any time soon!
