Came in to this shop to browse and was totally gobsmacked asked to leave and stop wasting his time.Very poor customer service.Does not deserve to have a business.Unbelievable behaviour.Apparently this is well known in the town once we had talked to other shop keepers!!!STRANGE BEHAVIOUR!!!
If you like little creative projects (like me) and like to browse around shops to pick up bits and pieces (like me) don't bother to go to this shop. I was bluntly told that I couldn't browse and I could come back when I had decided what I wanted and would then be served. How to make your customers feel totally unwelcome and treat them as potential shoplifters. Take my advice and cross the road and walk 200 yards to Crown Needlework where you will receive a warm welcome.
