I have just bought my wedding dress from Miss Bridal Gowns and I cannot recommend Jo, her shop, dresses and customer service more highly.I went with my Mum and best friend and as soon as we got there we were treated to some bubbly and were shown all of the stunning dresses and importantly, Jo asked a lot of questions about my style of wedding and the looks I liked so she understood what I was going for.I tried on loads of dresses and the only problem was that I struggled to decide as they were all so beautiful and varied. However, Jo was incredibly patient and helpful and made it such a wonderful experience. She even emailed me twice to follow up and make sure I was happy with the choice...completely over and above what you'd expect!Jo's passion for her selection of dresses and brides is fantastic and is what makes it all so special and stand out from all the other bridal shops in the area. I had a few bad experiences when I went along with some of my friends that were getting married and I couldn't believe how rude so many of the bridal shops around are. But that's most definitely not the case at Miss Bridal Gowns.I'm so glad that I've bought my dress through Jo as I know 100% she is going to make sure everything is perfect and I'm looking forward to going to my fittings.
